This website is an independent visitor guide. Tour links go to GetYourGuide or Viator, where any booking is made. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves, and we do not sell national park tickets, dock tickets or park insurance. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by the platform and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: contact the platform you booked with, using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one the platform shows at checkout. Official fees, such as the national park entrance fee and the dock fee at Muelle de La Bodeguita, are set by Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia and Corpoturismo and can change; this site prints them with the month they were checked.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, crews, boats, transfers and any snorkelling equipment provided
    • Weather, sea and route decisions, cancellations and changes
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • In bad weather or rough seas, if the harbour master restricts navigation, if the national park closes, or for safety reasons, the operator may cancel, reschedule or change a tour, or shorten it or change its route or stops on the day. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide and Viator. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators, the harbour master or the park authority
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • Rosario Islands days take place outdoors and on the water: open-sea crossings by speedboat or catamaran, swimming and snorkelling in the sea, beach clubs and road transfers, in heat, sun, wind, rain and spray, on moving decks and uneven or slippery ground. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the guide’s and the crew’s safety instructions, and keep to the rules of the national park.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
